If you are here, I assume you are a web development company who is currently looking for extra help with the production of your websites. If so then we can help. We came from a web development background, back in the year 2000 we were doing projects for businesses in Sydney. We still do the same kind of work now except that we provide our services to the web developers instead of the end users.
Our target market
Our clients are web development companies. We work with small to medium web development companies. They would either be working as a one man band sales person or already have their own internal staff. Either way, we act as a ‘factory’ for our clients. We focus our efforts on providing good people to complete your projects faster and better, so you can focus your efforts on sales and project management. If you already have internal staff, they can be promoted to manage projects while we do the back end programming work.

Benefits of outsourcing is apparent, so is the problem related to poor quality work and slow turn around time. Admittedly we also experience these exact problems and it comes down to hiring the right people and keeping them work consistently well. Our existing clients know that if a programmer/designer has worked well, they will continue to do well for years to come. But if they work with someone new, it comes down to test and measure. When the results are undesirable, it cost’s money – our client’s money. We realize this isn’t fair and we minimise this by offering our clients a free trial for 2 weeks. If you don’t find the programmer/designer suitable then you don’t pay a cent. We keep looking until you do get someone just right for you and we bear the cost.

How does this benefit our clients? put simply, we want your business for the long term. We ensure our prices are competitive, but not cheap. If you ask our clients, they will tell you that our prices increases slightly every year. Why? Because it means your programmers/designers are paid top money to stay with with us and you in return benefit from that. Our clients invests time and money for their team to keep up with technology, work flow process, quality of work and as a result each project has a predictable outcome of quality and turn around time. Our clients realize that to stay profitable they must keep the right people in their team. Our employees are in it for the long term, so are we.
Flexibility of increasing and decreasing resources, when you need to
Our clients run into phases of quiet times and busy times and we understand the need to be flexible. When you go away for holidays or you are expecting a quiet period, we can put things on hold for you until you get busy again. We will hold your allocated staff up to one month and you can get the same team back after a month. When you get busy, we can offload the stress from your team by adding more people to help with the extra work. As I said previously, we are in it for the long term and we’ll help you along the up and downs.
